Releases

The product repository contains internal sprint notes, release-candidate material, and an installer version used by the build system. Those are development artifacts, not a public ArcadeStudio release history.

What will appear here

For each public version, this page will record:

the released ArcadeStudio and ArcadeServer versions;
the verified download and installation path;
supported upgrade paths;
required database rebuild or republish steps;
breaking changes to cabinet bundles or Data Packs;
known limitations and rollback guidance.

Announcements may also appear on the News page, but operational upgrade instructions belong here.

Current upgrade behavior

The verified development installer is per user and keeps ArcadeStudio user data during normal update and uninstall flows. It also leaves the optional ViGEm driver installed. These behaviors do not replace version-specific release notes once a public build is available.

Until a public release is recorded here:

do not infer a release date from repository commits or sprint tags;
do not present the installer project’s internal version as a public product version;
do not publish compatibility claims without a verified support matrix;
treat current screenshots and subsystem descriptions as development-build documentation.
